Age 7, living with father William, a groom (domestic) at Holme Pierrepont Hall, born in Radcliffe on Trent and mother Agnes born in Cartmel, Lancs, sisters Mary Ann 16 and Olive 11, brothers George 13 an agricultural farm boy, William 9, Harold 5, Herbert 3 and Sam 1. They lived on Main Road, Radcliffe on Trent.
