Age 2 living on Shelford Road with father, who is a railway clerk, mother Rosalie, described as a British subject born in Germany. Her maiden name was Jummel. He had a sister, Muriel born  26.5.1900. The family had a cook Ann Brundell and a servant Lizzie Hale.

1911 Census

Age 12 at school, living at Cedar House on Shelford Road, with father Alfred Ernest Robotham, a perambulator manufacturer (mother died 1908), grandmother Hannah, aunt Kate, who was the housekeeper, and  sisters Muriel 10 and Vera 8.
